Some important things to note:   TO PLACE AN ORDER: Email us at hello@aestheticstate.com with the item(s) and qty you'd like to order and we will send you an online invoice to submit payment. Orders can only be placed via email and not over the phone. For any assistance in placing an order, please contact a member of our team via email at hello@aestheticstate.com. Items will not be ordered until payment is received in full. ETA at time of purchase for each item will be provided on invoice sent via email.   ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE   Shipping methods Your item will either ship by Truckload Freight with a third party carrier or Ground with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For items that ship by Truckload Freight, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 10-18 calendar days. The freight provider may contact you by phone to schedule delivery. It is important that the freight company can easily contact you, as missing the delivery window and having to reschedule delivery may result in additional fees. If you are unreachable by the freight provider or our team, your order may risk cancellation. Aesthetic State is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process. CANCELLATION POLICY We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. Please direct these inquiries to hello@aestheticstate.com. Any order cancellations of backordered items must take place prior to shipment/carrier pickup. If a backordered item is cancelled while in transit, customer is responsible for full outbound & return shipping cost. Damaged Items On the rare occasion you receive an item that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer’s defect, please report imperfections to hello@aestheticstate.com within 24 hours of delivery  for claim filing purposes. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to initiate a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.  Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition and not reported within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. Backordered items Aesthetic State strives to provide you with the most accurate inventory and estimated shipping timeframes, but are unable to guarantee a delivery date. If there is any change to the item(s) in your order, a member of our team will contact you. All items subject to availability and should not be assumed as in stock. Stock levels, backorder dates and shipping timeframes are subject to availability and change. Some products will ship separately and in original packaging. Due to unforeseen potential impacts, all items may be experiencing delays of approximately 2-3 weeks, in addition to backorder or out of stock delays.
